Job Overview:

We're seeking a Golf Operations Manager who will oversee, enhance, and elevate the complete golfing experience for our members and guests at an award winning 5 star resort in the UK.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Manage day-to-day golf operations, ensuring 5 star customer service and high standards within the golf department.

• Oversee golf staff, training, and scheduling.

• Efficiently manage golf cart fleet.

• Oversee all Golf Academy operations.

• Assist with maximising retail sales and ensuring shop is visually appealing to all members and guests.

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the golf team, improve standards, and practices.

• Budget and financial management for golf operations.

• Enhance guest relations and ensure exceptional golf experiences.

• Organize and manage golf tournaments, events, and promotions.

• Work closely with the Golf Maintenance team to ensure efficient communications between departments.

• Collaborate with other departments for seamless service integration.

 

Requirements:

 

• PGA Qualified.

• Previous experience in golf operations or similar role.

• Previous experience at a 5 star golf resort.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of current golf industry trends.

• Budgeting and financial management skills.

• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.

• Experienced with various Golf Management Systems.
