Emirates Golf Club, host of the Dubai Desert Classic was the first all grass championship golf course in the Middle East when it opened in 1988. 

With its 36 holes of world class golf, the club features two of the city's finest courses, the Majlis and the Faldo Course, which also offers night golf.
