IMG Prestige Club, Monte Rei, announced Rui Silvestre as their new Executive Chef .

With several awards and an international career in Michelin star restaurants in France, Hungary and Switzerland, Rui is the youngest Portuguese Chef to conquer the famous Michelin star which he has kept for the last three years. Rui, currently 32 years old, was only 29 years old when he was awarded with one Michelin star at Restaurant Bon Bon in Carvoeiro in 2015, and has now embraced this new challenge determined to bring a Michelin star to Monte Rei.
